Invitation mail with no recipient cause null pointer during accept

If an invitation mail is sent as ccn, the received email has no recipient and during accept this causes a null pointer acception while trying to reply to the sender with the updated data.

In this case no reply should be sent, as we cannot say what address the invitation was sent.
