Category select in Task view shows only the current category

Steps to reproduce

• Make sure to have more than one personal Task's category defined
• Open a task in editing
• Click on the category combo in upper toolbar of the view
• Check the list

Expected behaviour

• The list shows any editable category (all personal cetagories)

Actual behaviour

• Only the set category item is shown
