Sharing the root does not show previous shares

Sharing the entire account starting from the root in the shares window does not show the shares already activated previously

Steps to reproduce:

• right click on the inbox folder and select manage sharing
• share a folder (or entire account) then save and close
• right click on the account root and select manage sharing

Expected behaviour:

• the previously created share is also shown

Actual behaviour:

• no share already present is shown
