Mail badly packaged by an old client may not show text during forward

A mail (PEC in this case) with an attached eml, may be badly packaged by an old clients, indicating the eml with disposition "inline" and then indicating the first level multipart section with disposition "attachment".

In this unexpected combination, the message will not show the text content during forward, nor any attacched content of the eml.
