Empty mailcard anomalies

When having an empty mailcard, the editor does not show the "dotted area" of the mailcard, but still you can click inside the empty mailcard: typed text inside the mailcard will be different upon receiving the email.

Also, if you have an identity with an empty mailcard and another with a non emtpy mailcard, switching identity does not change visibility of the mailcard "dotted area"
