Old launcher links setting format in globals may cause main interface problems

When upgrading to core 5.5.4, if you have previous launcher links in global settings and they are more than one, WebTop cannot upgrade correctly to the newer format and cause serious problems to the main interface.

Removing the global setting or reducing it to just one link entry solves the problem.
