Chat audio/video conferencing does not work when ice servers are configured in globals

When global properties specify ice servers for audio video conferencing, the session throws errors.

Here's an example settings:

core, webrtc.ice.servers, [{url:'stun:stun.l.google.com:19302'},{url:'stun:stun.skyway.io:3478'}]
