Complete review of Atmosphere component

We recently discovered that gzip filter applied in shiro interfer with atmosphere.js behaviour.

This will provide:

• Revamped and tested falback logic in atmosphere module (staring from WTCORE-93)
• Upgraded atmosphere libs: both client and server
