Occasionally sync with Android devices is not done

In some circumstances, when the backend is not so quick to produce the reply, synchronization with Android devices can problematic: device and logs say "Synchronized" but no sync was effectively done and no time reference was provided.

We must improve folder caching methods between calls in order reply in lower time.
